How much does large-format printing cost?

Calculating Square Feet

If poster dimensions are already in feet then multiply width by length. Example: 3' x 5' is 15 square feet.

If dimensions are in inches, multiply width by length and divide by 144. (36" x 60" = 2160 /144 = 15).

Price per square foot is indicated on paper description pages. Pop-up menus include prices for common sizes.

Paper on rolls is priced from 5 to 12 U.S. dollars per square foot. Lamination adds 3 and mounting adds 5 dollars per square foot. Banner stand prices include printing. Prices assume online ordering. Additional fees may apply for custom phone or in-office orders.

Giclee papers are generally more expensive and unlaminated so viewers can behold the texture. Special-order material and rush service may incur surcharge or minimum. Economical offset poster printing is available in quantities of 1,000 or more.

If you have a valid California Resale Certificate from the State Board of Equalization and the items purchased will be resold, complete and submit the CA Sales Tax Exempt PDF form before receiving your printed project and indicate on the workorder it is for resale before billing is done. Sales to individuals outside of California are nontaxable.
