Culver City Facade Matching Grant
The Culver City Redevelopment Agency is temporarily offering a Commercial Facade Matching Grant Program for improvements to private property in the West Washington Boulevard demonstration area. The purpose of the Program is to encourage private reinvestment and the general upgrading of the facades of all buildings within this targeted area of the Culver City Redevelopment Project.
The Program provides grants on a matching basis of up to $10,000 maximum to business and property owners for a limited period of time. Work includes new signage, building facades, exterior painting and cleaning, window/door repair or appropriate replacement work, landscaping, awnings, and other exterior improvements as approved.
The Program only applies to properties located in the West Washington Area Improvement Plan, which is comprised of properties along the north and side of Washington Boulevard, generally between Centinela Avenue west to Beethoven Street.
