This summer's Culver Expo 2009 presents an opportunity of visibility that may very well spoil the typical business promoter reluctant to reach customers with large-format printing because of restrictive sign ordinances. Here's great news! Being dependent upon arrangements with the event permit holder (Chamber of Commerce), signage regulations at the summer Expo are much more relaxed.

According the Chamber president, signage of any size, that takes into consideration obvious physical limitations and safety, are allowed. They should not, for example, block an adjacent vendor's rented space. Displays should be secured so they don't fall if wind blows or if bumped by passersby. There is a possibility that some extremely tall signs can be obstructed from view or even be hindered from setup because of overhead branches. Nevertheless, if a tall sign is required, coordinate special arrangements by notifying the Chamber in advance for optimum positioning.

Armed with this information, exhibitors need not be limited to a letter-size flyer on the table. Place orders early for banners and signage that will truly be noticed when over 1500 people descend upon Media Park on June 24 from 3:30 - 7:30 PM.
