Black oval PVC Snap-Lock tubes can be cut any length up to 5 feet wide to suspend hanging banners in retail windows or above shelves. Clamshell design grips tight so art does not slip out. Included are end caps for a finished look and two eyelets on top from which to hang banners. When preparing art, include extra 1" on top and bottom, concealed beneath tubes. Order in sets of two. Bottom tube weights banner to prevent curling.
